Kimberle Levin, President & CEO, is a 20-year technology industry veteran. In 1986, she co-founded JVC Technologies, one of the country’s most respected systems integrators. In 1994, Kimberle founded Telcom Assistance Center, delivering private-label telephony management services worldwide.

Between 1988 and 1996, Kimberle founded three additional technology-related companies in the outsourcing, carrier services and network industries.
In 2004, she founded Teknuko.

KAREN D. WRIGHT, Director of Support Services

 
     
 

Karen D. Wright, Director of Support Services, has been in the IT industry since 1991. Through her 15 years of industry experience, she has held various titles and positions including Senior Project Manager, Technical Services Manager, Call Center Manager and Director of Operations.

Karen’s career started with JVC Technologies where she was responsible for the delivery of Installation and Support Services.

Karen became Director of Operations of Telcom Assistance Center in 1996. In 2003, she became Call Center Manager for Tech Services International, delivering services to the printing industry. In 2004, she joined Teknuko.

Karen is responsible for Teknuko’s service and support team and manages the company’s partner relationships. She has personally managed the deployment of small- and large-scale implementations, migrations and deployments.
